The Quiapo Church invited the Catholic faithful to take part in a mass honoring the late Pope Francis this Saturday.

In a Super Radyo report on dzBB, Mao dela Cruz said the mass is to commemorate and give gratitude to the late pontiff who many Filipinos fondly call, “Lolo Kiko” or “Grandfather Kiko”.  

The mass is set to begin at 10 a.m.  and attendees are urged to pray for peace towards Pope Francis’s soul and to remember his contributions to the Roman Catholic Church as its 266th pope.

In attendance are priests, church leaders, lay persons and representatives from various parishes. —RF, GMA Integrated News
