“Islands”
September 21, 2014

In Catanduanes, there is an island made of limestone that locals avoid because of the venomous snakes that live there.  Locals call the island Maturin.  Doc Nielsen Donato and his team brave the wild waters to discover the secrets that this island holds.

Guest host Mariz Umali joins the Born team on a trip to Caluya Island, a hidden gem in Antique.  She searches for the ‘Tatus’, a crab species that can grow up to three feet long!  Mariz also discovers that the island has a rich underwater biodiversity.
