Pharma mobile app seen to streamline medrep operations

Smart Enterprise, the mobile corporate arm of the Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company (PLDT), on November 12 rolled out a mobile application aimed at monitoring and managing the daily requirements of medical representatives and pharmaceutical firms.

 

Available for Android and iOS platforms, Smart Machine-to-Machine (M2M) Pharma is designed to run on smartphones and tablet computers, with an integrated call-planning function and itinerary management ability. This streamlines the medico-marketing process to a single contact point.

 

The app also boasts real-time inventory management, including stock updates and a running view of on-hand inventory.

 

A performance monitoring feature also allows a customizable overview of accounts and doctors visited.
