This 'Bring Me Home' wrist band makes it easier to find missing loved ones

Sometimes, finding missing people may take weeks, months, or even years. This wrist band just made it easier to locate our loved ones with its essential features.

According to Raffy Tima's "24 Oras" report, Monday, Bring-Me-Home's wearable device features NFC (near-field communication) and the user's information that can be accessed through an app.

"Press the 'scan now' and then idi-display na agad 'yung information ng taong nakita ko including the emergency contact number. Parang typical ID," said Bring-Me-Home founder/CEO Denis Reyes.

They also made sure that the band won't be easily removed as it's intended for those with special needs. It has a magnetic lock, is waterproof, and does not need batteries.

Apart from emergency contacts, address, and name, the app may also display their sickness. This information may be private or public to other people.

"'Pag naka public, kapag na-scan, lalabas kung ano 'yung emergency contact nila. 'Pag naka private, either address, contact info ni LGU, or si Bring-Me-Home ang tatawagan," Reyes said.

Bring-Me-Home said they are now in talks with local government units who expressed interest in the device.
