Metro Manila, the rest of Luzon, and Western Visayas will be partly cloudy to cloudy skies with light rain on Wednesday due to the northeast monsoon or amihan, PAGASA reported.
The northeast monsoon will not have a significant impact in these areas, the weather bureau added.
Mindanao and the rest of Visayas will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
The wind speed forecast for Luzon and Visayas is moderate to strong moving northeastward while coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
Mindanao, meanwhile, will experience moderate to strong wind speed moving in the northeast to north direction while coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
