Most of PHL to have fair weather — PAGASA

The ridge of a High Pressure Area will be affecting northern Luzon while the effects of the easterlies will be felt in the rest of the country on Thursday, PAGASA reported in its early morning forecast.

Due to localized thunderstorms, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers.

Coastal water conditions in northern Luzon and the rest of the country will be slight to moderate. — BAP, GMA News
