Heavy rains, strong winds to persist over NCR, parts of PHL on Wednesday afternoon

Thunderstorms are bringing heavy rains and strong winds over Metro Manila and other parts of the Philippines on Wednesday afternoon.

In its 2:45 p.m. advisory, state weather bureau PAGASA said that heavy rains with lightning and strong winds are expected over Metro Manila within the next hour.

The same weather conditions are also being experienced over Cavite, Cebu, Misamis Oriental, Bukidnon, Agusan del Norte, Surigao del Sur, Lanao del Sur, Davao Oriental, Davao del Norte, Maguindanao, and Sultan Kidarat, and may persist for two hours.
