Cloudy skies, isolated rains forecast for Metro Manila

The easterlies will be affecting the eastern sections of southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao on Friday, PAGASA reported in its early morning forecast.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms.

The state weather bureau has advised the public to be vigilant as flash floods and landslides are possible due to severe thunderstorms.

Coastal water condition in extreme northern Luzon will be rough to very rough, the rest of northern Luzon will be moderate to occasionally rough while the rest of the country will be slight to moderate. — BAP, GMA News
