Scattered rain expected over the Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas

The Bicol and Eastern Visayas Regions could expect cloudy conditions accompanied with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to a cold front's tail-end, PAGASA predicted in a Saturday morning forecast.

The northeast monsoon would meanwhile bring cloudy conditions and light rain over the Cagayan Valley and Cordillera Administrative Regions, and over Aurora province; as well as well as partly cloudy to cloudy conditions and isolated light rai over Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon.

The rest of the country could expect partly cloudy to cloudy conditions accompanied with isolated rainshowers.

Winds would be strong from the northeast over northern Luzon and the eastern section of the country, where coastal were expected to be rough.
