Heavy rains in Metro Manila, Cavite, Rizal, Laguna —PAGASA

In the next two hours, Metro Manila and Cavite will experience heavy to intense rainshowers with lightning and strong winds, while Rizal and Laguna will have moderate to heavy rains, according to PAGASA in its 5 p.m. thunderstorm advisory Monday.

Moderate to heavy rains will also affect portion of Pangasinan, Quirino and Nueva Vizcaya.

Yellow rainfall warning was raised over Tarlac, Zambales and Pampanga. and residents are warned of possible flooding in flood-prone areas.

Meanwhile, moderate with occasional heavy rains will affect NuevaEcija, Bataan,  and Bulacan which may persist withintwo to three hours and may affect nearby areas. —LDF, GMA News
