Cagayan Valley, CALABARZON, Western Visayas, Eastern Visayas, and the provinces of Aurora and Mindoro will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms also due to Ramon.

As of 3 a.m. on Thursday, the center of Tropical Storm Ramon was estimated at 365 kilometers east of Legazpi City, Albay with maximum sustained winds of 65 kilometers per hour near the center and gustiness of up to 80 kph.

Ramon is moving in the west northwest direction at 10 kph.

Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have cloudy skies with light rains due to the northeast monsoon, which will be affecting northern and central Luzon.

The rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers brought about by localized thunderstorms.

Residents in these areas are warned that flash floods and landslides may occur due to severe thunderstorms.

The forecast wind speed in Luzon and Visayas will be moderate to strong, moving in the northeast to northwest direction while coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
