More than 3,000 people were affected in Regions II and V due to Typhoon Ramon, according to the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council on Tuesday.

In Santa Ana, Cagayan, around 120 families evacuated from their homes as oncoming Ramon brought strong winds and waves to coastal barangays.

Power also went out on Monday night in Santa Ana. —Joviland Rita/KG, GMA News
