Northeast Monsoon to bring isolated light rains over Metro Manila, Luzon

The Northeast Monsoon is expected to bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains over Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon on Saturday, PAGASA said Friday.

In its 24-hour weather update, the weather bureau meanwhile said that Caraga and Davao Region may experience cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to the easterlies.

Meanwhile, the Visayas and the rest of Mindanao may experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms.

PAGASA warned affected residents of possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

The temperature in Metro Manila dropped to 20.4°C at 6:30 a.m. and peaked at 31.0°C at 1:50 a.m.
