Easterlies to bring partly cloudy skies, hot and humid weather


The easterlies or winds from the Pacific Ocean in the east will bring hot and humid weather with partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms over Metro Manila and the rest of the country on Monday, PAGASA said in its early morning forecast.

Flash floods or landslides may occur during severe thunderstorms possibly in the afternoon or evening.

Forecast temperature ranges in key areas are as follows:

  • Metro Manila: 25ºC-35ºC
  • Olongapo City: 25ºC-35ºC
  • Tuguegarao: 24ºC-35ºC
  • Laoag City: 23ºC-31ºC
  • Baguio City: 16ºC-26ºC
  • Tagaytay City: 21ºC-31ºC
  • Lipa City: 23ºC-34ºC
  • Legazpi: 25ºC-32ºC
  • Iloilo City/Bacolod City: 25ºC-32ºC
  • Metro Cebu: 26ºC-33ºC
  • Tacloban City: 25ºC-31ºC
  • Puerto Princesa City: 25ºC-33ºC
  • Cagayan de Oro City: 23ºC-31ºC
  • Valencia City: 18ºC-33ºC
  • Metro Davao: 25ºC-33ºC
  • Zamboanga City: 24ºC-34ºC

 

Coastal waters will be slight to moderate throughout the country and no gale warning was raised.

Meanwhile, in the rest of the country, coastal waters will be slight to moderate.

Sunrise will be at 6:09 a.m. while sunset will be at 6:05 p.m. —KG, GMA News
