Cloudy, isolated rains forecast for Metro Manila, the rest of the country

The ridge of a High Pressure Area (HPA) is extending over Northern and Central Luzon while the easterlies will be affecting the rest of the country on Wednesday, PAGASA reported in its early morning forecast.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to the easterlies, ridge of the HPA, localized thunderstorms. The weather systems, however, will have no significant impact.

The wind speed in Metro Manila and rest of the country is light to moderate moving in the east to southeast direction while coastal waters will be slight to moderate. -- BAP, GMA News
