Frontal system to bring rain, thunderstorms over Batanes, Babuyan

The frontal system is expected to bring cloudy skies with scattered rain and isolated thunderstorms over Batanes and the Babuyan Islands, PAGASA announced Wednesday.

In its 24-hour forecast, the weather agency warned affected residents of possible flash floods or landslides during moderate to, at times, heavy rains.

Meanwhile, partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers may prevail over Metro Manila and the rest of the country due to Easterlies and localized thunderstorms.

Flash floods or landslides are also possible during severe thunderstorms.
