Palawan, parts of Visayas, Mindanao will be cloudy with scattered rains due to the ITCZ

The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) will be affecting Palawan, Visayas and Mindanao on Friday, PAGASA reported.

Palawan, Zamboanga Peninsula, SOCCSKSARGEN, Western and Central Visayas will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to the ITCZ with the possible occurrence of flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to the ITCZ  and /or localized thunderstorms. The weather bureau warns that flash floods or landslides may occur during severe thunderstorms.

The wind speed forecast for whole country is light to moderate moving in the east to southeast direction while coastal waters will remain slight to moderate.The
