Yellow rainfall warning up over Samar, Leyte, Biliran –PAGASA

A yellow rainfall warning was raised over Samar, Leyte, and Biliran on Sunday afternoon due to the trough of Severe Tropical Storm Quinta, state weather bureau PAGASA said.

In a 2 p.m. advisory, PAGASA warned of possible flooding in low-lying areas and landslides in mountainous areas.

PAGASA advised the public and the disaster risk reduction and management councils of concerned areas to take action, monitor the weather, and check the next advisory to be issued at 5 p.m. — DVM, GMA News
