Red rainfall warning up over Metro Manila, 9 other areas

Heavy rainfall warning has been raised again in Metro Manila and several other areas due to Typhoon Ulysses on Thursday morning.

In its 8 am advisory, PAGASA said red warning is up over Metro Manila, Tarlac, Zambales, Bataan, Pampanga, Batangas, Bulacan, Rizal, Laguna and Cavite.

Yellow warning, meanwhile, is raised over Nueva Ecija and Quezon.

PAGASA said residents in these areas, especially those in flood-prone places, should brace for flooding.  --KBK, GMA News
