The tail-end of a frontal system will cause cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms on Sunday over Eastern and Central Visayas, PAGASA said in its early morning forecast.

Flash floods or landslides may occur during moderate to heavy rainfall.

The monsoon will bring cloudy skies with light rains over Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley, Bicol Region, Aurora, and Quezon.

It will also cause partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains over Metro Manila and the rest of the country.
