ITCZ to bring cloudy skies, isolated rains over Metro Manila, rest of the country

The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) will be affecting Mindanao on Saturday, PAGASA reported.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms brought about by the ITCZ / localized thunderstorms with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Mindanao will experience light to moderate wind speed moving in the southwest to west direction while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.

Wind speed forecast for Luzon and Visayas is light to moderate moving in the southeast to southwest direction while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
