Habagat to bring isolated rainshowers over Metro Manila


Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms are expected over Metro Manila and the rest of the country due to the southwest monsoon or Habagat and localized thunderstorms.

In its 24-hour forecast, PAGASA warned against possible flash floods or landslides due to severe thunderstorms.

Meanwhile, the synoptic station at the Science Garden, Diliman, Quezon City recorded a minimum temperature of 27.4°C at 5 a.m. and a maximum temperature of 33.4°C at 3:30 p.m.

 

 

According to a 4:18 p.m. thunderstorm advisory, moderate to heavy rainshowers with lightning and strong winds are being experienced over Jaen and Santa Rosa in Nueva Ecija and Concepcion, Tarlac.

PAGASA said this may persist within two hours and affect nearby areas.
