Habagat to bring cloudy skies, isolated rains over Metro Manila, parts of the country


The effects of the southwest monsoon will be felt in areas within extreme northern Luzon on Saturday, PAGASA reported.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms brought about by the southwest monsoon / localized thunderstorms with possible flash floods or landslides due to severe thunderstorms.

Extreme Northern Luzon will have moderate to strong wind speed moving in the southwest to west while coastal waters will be moderate to rough.

The rest of the country will have light to moderate wind speed moving in the south to southwest direction while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.

Sunrise will be at 5:28 a.m. while sunset will be at 6:27 p.m. -- BAP, GMA News
