Southwest monsoon to bring cloudy skies, isolated rains over extreme northern Luzon areas

The southwest monsoon will continue to affect extreme northern Luzon on Wednesday, PAGASA reported.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to the southwest monsoon / localized thunderstorms.

Flash floods or landslides may occur over affected areas due to severe thunderstorms.

The wind speed forecast for the whole country is light to moderate and moving in the southeast to southwest direction while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
