Moderate to heavy rainshowers expected in parts of C.Luzon, Calabarzon


Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers will prevail over the National Capital Region and the rest of the country, according to PAGASA on Wednesday.

In its 24-hour forecast, the weather agency said this is due to the Intertropical Convergence Zone and localized thunderstorms.

Affected residents were warned against possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Meanwhile, the PAGASA synoptic station at the Science Garden, Diliman, Quezon City recorded a minimum temperature of 24.2°C at 6:30 a.m. and a maximum temperature of 32.4°C at 1:50 p.m.

 

 

According to the 5:13 p.m. advisory, Quezon may experience moderate to heavy rainshowers with lightning and strong winds within the next two hours.

The same conditions are also being experienced in Tarlac, Nueva Ecija, Pampanga, Zambales, Bataan, Cavite, and Batangas. which may persist within two hours and affect nearby areas.
