Cloudy skies, scattered rains over Cagayan Valley, Aurora, Quezon due to the easterlies


The easterlies will be affecting the eastern section of Luzon on Saturday, PAGASA reported in its early morning forecast.

Cagayan Valley, Aurora, and Quezon will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms brought about by the easterlies with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country with partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to the easterlies / localized thunderstorms with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Visayas, Mindanao, and Palawan will experience light to moderate wind speed moving in the southeast to east direction while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.

The rest of Luzon will experience light to moderate wind speed moving eastward while coastal waters will remain light to moderate.
