ITCZ to bring cloudy skies, scattered rains over Western Visayas, Palawan


The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) will bring cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers and thunderstorms over some areas in Palawan, Visayas and Mindanao, according to the early morning forecast posted by PAGASA.

Western Visayas and Palawan will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to the ITCZ with possible flash floods or landslides due to severe thunderstorms.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to ITCZ / localized thunderstorms with possible flash floods or landslides due to severe thunderstorms.

Luzon and Visayas will experience light to moderate wind speed moving in the northeast to east direction while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.

Wind speed forecast over Mindanao is light to moderate moving in the northeast to northwest direction while coastal waters will remain slight to moderate.
