The trough of Typhoon Mindulle will be affecting the eastern sections of Southern Luzon and Visayas on Tuesday, PAGASA reported in its early morning forecast.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers brought about by the trough of Typhoon Mindulle and localized thunderstorms with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
Wind speed forecast for Palawan, Visayas, and Mindanao is light to moderate moving in the west to southwest direction while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
The rest of Luzon will experience light to moderate wind speed moving in the north to northwest direction while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
