Cloudy skies, isolated rains over NCR, other parts of the country due to localized thunderstorms


Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers brought about by localized thunderstorms on Saturday, PAGASA reported in its early morning forecast.

Flash floods or landslides may occur in the affected areas, the weather bureau added, during severe thunderstorms.

The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) will be affecting Mindanao.

Wind speed forecast for northern Luzon is light to moderate moving in the northeast to east direction while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.

The rest of the country will have light to moderate wind speed moving in the north to northwest direction while coastal waters will remain slight to moderate.
