Based on PAGASA’s 4 p.m. weather forecast, Bicol Region, Northern Samar, Eastern Samar, and Samar will experience cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms caused by the shear line with possible flash floods or landslides during moderate to heavy rains.

Cagayan Valley, Aurora, and Quezon will have cloudy skies with light rains due to Amihan.

Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains.

Mindanao and the rest of Visayas will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

The wind speed forecast for Northern Luzon and the rest of the country is moderate to strong while coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
