By MEL MATTHEW DOCTOR,GMA News

Eastern Visayas and Caraga will experience cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Mindanao, PAGASA said Sunday.

In its 4 p.m. bulletin, the state weather bureau warned that possible flash floods or landslides may occur during moderate to heavy rains.

Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to the Easterlies and localized thunderstorms.
