PAGASA: ITCZ continues to affect southern Mindanao

Southern Mindanao would experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the Intertropical Convergence Zone, weather service PAGASA said during a Friday afternoon forecast.

The rest of the country would experience similar conditions, but this time due to the combined effects of the ITCZ and localized thunderstorms.

Winds would be slight to moderate over the archipelago, while coastal waters would be slight to moderate.

Temperatures dropped to a low of 24.5 °C at 5 a.m., then rose to a high of 31.2°C at noon.

Sunset will be at 5:47 p.m. The sun will rise Saturday at 5:46 a.m. — DVM, GMA News
