Northeast monsoon to bring light rains over Cagayan Valley, CAR, Ilocos


The northeast monsoon will bring isolated rains over Northern Luzon while the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) will be affecting Southern Mindanao, PAGASA reported.

Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, and Ilocos Region will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains brought about by the northeast monsoon with no significant impact.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the ITCZ and localized thunderstorms with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

The whole country will experience light to moderate wind speed moving northeastward while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
