ITCZ to bring rains over southern Mindanao


The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) is forecasted to bring isolated rains or thunderstorms over the southern portion of Mindanao on Wednesday, PAGASA reported.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms brought about by the ITCZ and localized thunderstorms with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Extreme Northern Luzon will experience moderate wind speed moving in the east to southeast direction while coastal waters will be moderate.

The rest of the country will experience light to moderate wind speed moving in the east to northeast direction while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
