ITCZ to prevail over southern Mindanao

The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) and the localized thunderstorms will continue to bring rain showers across the country, weather bureau PAGASA said Thursday. 
 
The ITCZ will affect southern Mindanao, while Metro Manila and the rest of the country may have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms, according to PAGASA’s 4 p.m. bulletin.

Forecast winds and coastal water conditions over extreme Northern Luzon and the eastern section of Luzon and Visayas will be moderate.
 
Light to moderate winds and slight to moderate water conditions may be expected over the rest of the country.
