ITCZ to affect parts of Mindanao — PAGASA

The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) will be affecting parts of Mindanao, the state weather bureau PAGASA said on Tuesday.

Based on PAGASA’s 4 p.m. weather forecast, Caraga, Davao Region, and Leyte provinces will experience cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms.

PAGASA said that possible flash floods or landslides may occur due to moderate to at times heavy rains.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Meanwhile, the rest of the country will have light to moderate wind speed moving northeast to east while coastal water conditions will be slight to moderate.

The sun will rise at 6:05 a.m. on Wednesday.—Richa Noriega/AOL, GMA Integrated News
