Shear line to bring rain showers over Visayas, Mindanao, Palawan

The shear line continues to affect Visayas and the northern portion of Mindanao on Tuesday, PAGASA said in its weather forecast.

Palawan and the rest of Visayas and Mindanao will also have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to the shear line. Due to moderate to at times heavy rains, flash floods or landslides may result.

The Northeast Monsoon (Amihan) meanwhile continues to affect Luzon.

Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Aurora, Quezon, and Bicol Region will have cloudy skies with rains, with flash floods or landslides possible due to moderate to at times heavy rains.

Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with light rains.
