In its 4 p.m. bulletin, the state weather bureau also said that the Northeast Monsoon or Amihan, on the other hand, will be affecting Luzon.

Notably, Mindanao, Eastern Visayas, and Central Visayas will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to the trough of LPA.

Cloudy skies with rains will prevail over Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Bicol Region, Quezon, Marinduque, Romblon, and Aurora due to the Amihan.

PAGASA warned of possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains.

Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with light rains also due to Amihan.
