Amihan, localized thunderstorms to bring cloudy skies, isolated rain over parts of the country

The northeast monsoon or amihan will be affecting most of the areas in Luzon on Saturday but with no significant impact, PAGASA reported.

Visayas, Mindanao, and Palawan will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms brought about by localized thunderstorms with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with light rains due to the northeast monsoon but with no significant impact.

The wind speed forecast for extreme Northern Luzon and the eastern section of the country is moderate to strong moving in the northeast to east direction while coastal waters will be moderate to rough.

The rest of the country will experience light to moderate wind speed moving northeastward and slight to moderate coastal waters.
