Trough of LPA, Amihan to bring scattered rains over parts of the Philippines

The trough of a Low Pressure Area (LPA) will bring cloudy skies, scattered rain and thunderstorms over Visayas and Mindanao while the Northeast Monsoon (Amihan) will be affecting Luzon on Wednesday, according to PAGASA's weather forecast.

The wind speed forecast for Northern Luzon is moderate to strong moving northeastward while coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
