Three weather systems to bring rains over some parts of the country

The shear line, northeast monsoon or amihan, and localized thunderstorms will bring rains over several parts of the country on Tuesday, PAGASA reported.

Eastern Visayas, Caraga, and Davao Oriental will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms brought about by the shear line. Flash floods or landslides may result due to moderate to heavy rains.

Quezon and Bicol Region will have cloudy skies with rains due to the northeast monsoon with possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains.

Palawan and the rest of Visayas and Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms. Flash  flash floods or landslides may possibly result during severe thunderstorms.

Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to at times cloudy skies with light rains also due to the northeast monsoon but with no significant impact.

The wind speed forecast for Luzon and Visayas is moderate to strong moving northeastward while coastal waters will be moderate to rough.

Mindanao will experience moderate to strong wind speed moving in the northeast to north direction while coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
