Amihan, localized thunderstorms to bring rains across Philippines

The Northeast Monsoon (Amihan) and the localized thunderstorms will continue to bring rains across parts of the country, the weather bureau PAGASA reported Thursday.

Based on its 24-hour weather forecast, PAGASA said partly cloudy to cloudy skies with light rains will prevail over Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon due to Amihan.
 

Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms will be experienced in Visayas and Mindanao. Flash floods and landslides may occur in these areas during severe thunderstorms.
 
Moderate to strong winds and moderate to rough waters will be experienced in Northern Luzon and the eastern section of the country.
 
Light to moderate winds will blow over the rest of the archipelago, accompanied by slight to moderate coastal waters. — Sundy Locus/VBL, GMA Integrated News
