Localized thunderstorms to bring rain over parts of the country

The ridge of the High Pressure Area (HPA) will be extending over Northern Luzon on Wednesday, PAGASA reported.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Northern Luzon will experience moderate wind speed moving in the east to southeast direction with moderate coastal waters.

The rest of Luzon will experience light to moderate wind speed moving in the northeast to east direction while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.

Visayas and Mindanao will experience light to moderate wind speed moving in the northeast to north direction while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
