Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms, PAGASA said in its 4 p.m. weather bulletin.

PAGASA warned of possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Meanwhile, the weather bureau is also monitoring an active tropical cyclone outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).

As of 3 p.m., Tropical Storm Sanvu was located 2,905 kilometers east of Visayas, with maximum sustained winds of 55 kilometers per hour and gustiness of up to 70 kph.

It was moving west at 20 kph.

The wind speed forecast for the whole country is light to moderate, while coastal water conditions will be slight to moderate.
