Easterlies to bring cloudy skies, isolated rain over Philippines

The effects of the easterlies will be felt in various parts of the country on Friday, PAGASA reported.

The forecasted Heat Index for Metro Manila range from a minimum of 39 degrees Celsius to a maximum of 40 degrees Celsius.

The heat index is the measure of the temperature that a person feels in contrast to the actual air temperature.
