Easterlies to bring cloudy skies, isolated rain showers across PH

Cloudy skies and isolated rain showers are expected across the country because of the easterlies. 

In its 24-hour weather forecast issued on Friday afternoon, PAGASA said Davao Region and Soccsksargen may experience cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms.

Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms may prevail in other parts of the country due to the combined effects of the easterlies and localized thunderstorms.

Flash floods or landslides may occur because of heavy rains or severe thunderstorms.

Meanwhile, the country may experience light to moderate winds with slight to moderate coastal waters.
