Cloudy skies, rains to affect parts of PH

Cloudy skies with rain showers will be experienced in different parts of the country, according to PAGASA’s daily weather forecast on Tuesday afternoon.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be experiencing partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to easterlies.

The frontal system, on the other hand, may cause cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over Batanes.

Possible flash floods or landslides may occur in parts of the country as a result of said weather conditions.

Meanwhile, moderate to strong winds with moderate to rough seas may be felt in the northern and western sections of Northern Luzon.

The rest of the country is forecast to have light to moderate winds with slight to moderate coastal waters.
