Frontal system, easterlies to bring cloudy skies, rains across PH

Two weather systems will bring cloudy skies and rains across the country, PAGASA said in its early Saturday morning forecast.

Batanes will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to the frontal system, while the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms because of the easterlies.

Light to moderate winds and slight to moderate coastal waters are expected throughout the country.
