Road reblocking and repair schedule for April 5-8, 2019

Some roads in Metro Manila have been scheduled to undergo road reblocking and repair from Friday, April 5, to Monday, April 8, 2019.

According to the Department of Public Works and Highways, the following roads will undergo road reblocking and repair:

EDSA

• EDSA southbound from New York Street to before Monte de Piedad, Quezon City, 2nd lane from sidewalk
• EDSA northbound, 50 meters after Magallanes MRT to KM 29, Makati City, outer lane

C-5

• C-5 southbound from the approach of Ortigas Flyover to the area in front of Tiendesitas, Pasig City
• C-5 northbound fronting SM Aura

Katipunan Avenue

• southbound after C.P. Garcia to before Gonzales Street
• southbound after F. Dela Rosa Street, truck lane

The DPWH said the road reblocking and repair started on Friday, April 5 at 11 p.m.

It will end at 5 a.m. on Monday, April 8.

Motorists were advised to expect traffic slowdown and to use alternate routes if possible. —KG, GMA News
