Road reblocking and repair schedule for July 5 to 8, 2019

Some roads in Metro Manila have been scheduled to undergo road reblocking and repair from Friday, July 5, to Monday, July 8, 2019.

According to the Department of Public Works and Highways, the following roads will undergo road reblocking and repair:

EDSA

• southbound from Guzent Construction Equipment Sales and Rental to Culiat Bridge, 2nd lane from sidewalk
• southbound from from Magallanes to Baclaran Bus Stop to Magallanes to Alabang Bus Stop, outer lane
• southbound from Eugenio Lopez Street to Scout Borromeo desilting and construction of manhole
• northbound after Aurora Boulevard, 1st and 2nd lane from sidewalk

C5 Road

• southbound fronting SM Aura, 3rd lane from median
• northbound from fronting SM Aura, 2nd lane from median

Katipunan Avenue

• southbound from before P. Tuazon, 2nd lane from sidewalk

Quirino Highway

• westbound from Kingfisher Street to Primerose Street, 2nd lane from sidewalk

General Luis Street

• westbound from Pascual Street to before Oriental Tin

Regalado Avenue

• northbound from Mindanao Exit to Quirino Highway, 2nd lane from sidewalk

The DPWH said the road reblocking and repair started on Friday, July 5, at 11 p.m.

It will end at 5 a.m. on Monday, July 8.

Motorists were advised to expect traffic slowdown and to use alternate routes if possible. —KG, GMA News
